How big are the rugs, really?

Every product page lists exact dimensions in inches. Pieces range from petite accents (~9–20" wide) up to statement area rugs (40"+). They're hand-tufted, so allow about ±1 inch.

Are they machine washable?

Yes — cold gentle cycle, mild detergent, no bleach, then air dry flat. The pile is built to hold up to regular washing.

Where do you ship and how long?

We ship across the US. Because every rug is made to order, production runs about 1–2 weeks, plus a few days in transit. You'll get tracking the moment it leaves the studio.

What's the return policy?

If something isn't right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort a return or replacement. Every made-to-order piece is inspected before it ships.

Is the backing safe for hard floors?

Yes. Each rug has a non-slip backing that grips hardwood, tile, and laminate without scratching or staining the surface.
